City Spisska Nova Ves is located lies near border of NP Slovak Paradise. Church "Kostol Nanebovzatia Panny Marie" is it's most valuable historical and cultural landmark. The exact date of it's construction is not known, but it is assumed to be in second half of 14th century. It's tower, which was built in 1892-1893, is the highest church tower in Slovakia.
