National park Slovak Paradise is one of 11 national parks in Slovakia. It has area of 197.63 km², together with protection zone 327.74 km². 11 national natural reservations, 8 natural reservations and 350 caves are located here.  It offers around 300 km of hiking trails, often equipped with ladders, chains and bridges.

NP Slovak Paradise is one of the most beautiful regions of Slovakia. You can see it's border on the map.  The surface is characterized by rugged terrain - gorges, streams, waterfalls and karstic formations. Forests cover 90% of the area.
